Local Housing Group/Solutions (LHG) is a housing association in the United Kingdom providing affordable housing for low-income households. It was formed in 2017, through the merger of two large housing associations, Forum Housing Association and Eastlands Homes. LHG is a not-for-profit organisation, owned by its tenants, that provides housing and related services for tenants and leaseholders in the Greater Manchester area.
The purpose of LHG is to provide decent and affordable homes for those on low incomes in the Greater Manchester area, as well as support and advice to help tenants and leaseholders with their housing needs. LHG works in partnership with local authorities, organisations and other housing providers to provide social and affordable housing, as well as support and advice to tenants and leaseholders.
